   The Paleo diet is a high fat, medium protein, low carbohydrate, low sugar life style changing ketogenic diet with proven results in weight loss, lowering inflammation as well as lowering blood sugar and insulin resistance in type 2 diabetics.

It is also recommended for people suffering from Alzheimer's, Auto immune disorders, metabolic disorders, Parkinson's, epilepsy and most cancers.

I have personally lost weight, and I don't get upset stomach so I can fast 16 hours day and I stopped bleeding internally when I made this change in life style.

This is just a basic outline of diet here will have larger more detailed PDF book at later date.
>
What to eat: Protein > Beef, Pork, Chicken, Turkey, Fish, Eggs, Nuts and Seeds.
The higher the fat content the better.
Fish at least once preferably twice a week.
>
  Low carb, low sugar, non starchy vegetables and leafy green vegetables:
>
  Raw or steamed: Cauliflower, Cabbage, Water/Garden cress, Bok choy, Broccoli, Brussel sprouts, Collard greens, Kale, Lettuce, Asparagus, Avocados, Celery, Leeks, Onions, Garlic, Horse radish, Arugula, Swiss chard, Spinach, Mustard greens, Tomatoes, Peppers, Cucumbers, Zucchini, Radishes, Artichokes, Rapini, Turnip greens, Endive, Dandelion tops, and it's ok to fry all Mushrooms.

Unsweetened Fermented foods like: Pickles and Sauerkraut.
>
  After you have reached target wieght/BMI,
you can add small amounts of Cheese , Ice cream, and fruit like Blue/Black/Elder berries, Cherries, Grapes, Bitter melon and beets (if not battling cancer  or auto immune disease)
>
Good cooking/Salad dressing oils: Olive, Hemp, Lard/Beef/Pork tallow, Coconut, Butter. I add cayenne pepper and mustard powder to my salad dressing.
>
Drink: Mineral water, Coffee, Teas, Stevia flavored vitamin water, Freshly squeezed Lemon/Lime juice added to water.
>
Avoid: Soda pop, Slushies, Energy drinks, Alcohol, Wine, Beer, Brewers yeast and Sea foods other than fish.
These last 3 are very high in pruirnes and you should get your uric acid/gout levels checked while you are losing weight.
>
Avoid: Anything in a can/box, Potatoes, Carrots, Beans, Rice, Breads / Cereals, Canola oil, Corn oil, Safflower oil, Soy oil, Peanut oil, Grape seed oil, all added sugars, food additives, preservatives and food coloring.
>
It's a good idea to add a fish oil supplament and an all natural vitamin and mineral supplements as most of our food is grown in mineral poor soils with mineral free fertilizers.
